(Pre)sales

Due Diligence

Offers are provided, contracts are drafted, and compliance-related questions are addressed, including the provision of relevant certificates.

Onboarding: Introduction

Introduction of our project methodology and onboarding form, and getting to know the project team.

Meetings: Kick-off meeting.

Onboarding: Onboarding questionnaire

Finalization of the onboarding questionnaire, which defines the tenant configuration. Clarification of basic process flows.

Meetings: Alignment on the onboarding form.

Onboarding: Stage setup

The test tenant is provided, allowing you to set up initial processes and access the staging dashboard. Supporting documentation and test scripts are made available. After at least one process has been successfully initialized and completed, more in-depth procedural and technical questions can be discussed.

Meetings: Integration meeting with your project managers and responsible developers.

Integration

During this phase, you integrate the fidentity solution into your use case. Any requested changes or new features are promptly deployed to the test environment.

Meetings: Optional bi-weekly check-ins and on-demand FAQ sessions.

Stabilization

Bugs or final adjustments are resolved quickly. Ideally, the end-to-end process is fully operational.

Go-Live prep

During this phase, the system is stabilized and all preparations for the go-live are ensured, including the production environment provided by fidentity. No further changes are implemented during this phase.

Prod provisioning

You can perform smoke tests in the production environment. Your project is prioritized at fidentity to ensure the fastest possible deployments for any changes or unexpected issues.

Go-Live

The solution is live! We closely monitor your environment and remain in active communication.
