User Management

To get started with your tenant, please provide the name, email address, and mobile number to fidentity.

fidentity will create one initial tenant admin who will be responsible for further user management. Additional admins can also be added later. The system does not impose any limitations on the number of admin roles that can be assigned.

Please find the description on how to add a new user below:

  1. Go to User management in the menu on the left

  2. Click the button in the top right to add a new user

  1. Enter the requested data:

    1. User Name: will be the login name, most clients use the email address. Please note that the user name must be unique (per tenant)

    2. Mobile Phone: Mobile Phone number, we send an SMS for Two-Factor-Authentication

    3. First Name

    4. Last Name

    5. E-Mail

    6. User language

    7. User roles: Multiple roles can be assigned to a single user.

    8. Do not forget to "Save"

  1. Navigate to User Management and send the invitation by clicking the envelope icon on the right. If the invitation is sent successfully, a green checkmark will appear.
