## v6.2.7 - v6.2.13

## v6.2.6 - March 12:

* **Improved document scan:** Resolved edge cases where some valid documents could not complete the scanning step during recognition (e.g., Estonian ID).
* **"Authentication" title:** Reintroduced the “Authentication” title in the step where the passkey is requested before signing after it was mistakenly removed.
* **Dashboard grid behavior:** Resolved an issue in the process overview where timestamps were cut off and the view flickered while scrolling.

* **Hand-held detection:** To increase security, the identification document must now be held in hand during verification. A new detection system has been implemented and users are clearly notified if the document is not being held. Scanning documents placed on a surface (e.g., a table) will trigger this new warning. Please find this new guidance documented in our [support-guide](https://docs.fidentity.ch/others/support-guide "mention").
* **Enhanced detection of scanned copies:** Users now receive clearer feedback to provide the original document when a scanned copy (screen or paper) is detected.&#x20;
* **Retry for missing VIZ values:** In cases where the system cannot read the VIZ fields firstname, lastname, idnumber and birthdate, users are prompted to retry. This feature is optional and currently enabled only for customers by agreement.

* **Validator adjustments on stage:** Validators that previously blocked scanning of screenshots or paper copies have been adjusted in the staging environment. This allows testers to test different scenarios. Please note that the error message will still appear, but a “Next” button allows to proceed with the process. This adjustment applies only to the staging environment.
* **Dashboard display fix:** Resolved an issue where manual decisions in the dashboard were not displayed with the correct green or red circle indicators.
