Improved NFC App handoff for Android: The NFC app handoff for Android was improved. Please note that this feature can only be tested with Chip Reader v1.5.0 which will be released concurrently with our production release on Wednesday.

Fix for a bug that caused infinite agent-review screen: Fixed a bug that could cause some users to be trapped on an infinite agent-review screen outside of the review hours.

Improved NFC icons and instructions: In the past, there were difficulties using the NFC app to read the chip in the passport. The issue was caused by the help screen not showing the correct position of the smartphone on the passport for the scan. The exact position is now displayed.

Improved Error handling: Until now, processes that resulted in an error, due to a lost mobile connection, had to be aborted. With the latest update, customers can continue their process by reloading the page.
