Improvements / Bugs

• Updated stepper wording: The process step “Live verification by our agents” has been renamed to “Verification”. Please note that custom texts are not affected and remain unchanged.

• Improved signature page detection for US Passports: The detection of the signature page in US passports has been optimized.

• Enhanced image quality: Low-contrast images are now detected more accurately, resulting in improved image quality output.

• Correct VIZ name extraction for Swiss ID: A fix has been applied to prevent the system from reading an “A” where a triangle symbol is shown on the document.

• Max rescans outside review hours: Fixed an issue where, in hybrid processes with passports, the process state was incorrectly set to “started” instead of “blocked” when the maximum number of retries was reached outside review hours.
